Recipients receive a $500 credit toward any course, certification, or training that helps them grow professionally. That’s because we believe investing in our crew is just as important as investing in our clients — and most companies don’t do enough of that.
When we launched Stratum, we knew we’d do things differently. This is one of the ways we stay true to that promise.
