Case Study - Food 4 The Heartland Grand Opening

Last week our team had the opportunity to support the amazing Foodbank for the Heartland with the grand opening of their new facility.

From the first call our team knew that the main objective was to highlight the facility, not the AV on site.

Problems our team was able to solve for the client:

  1. Unknown audience size - we had to build an audio system to cover the space for who will show up, not who RSVP'd.

  2. Visual support - the client initially wanted a clean appearance with monitors, after some education and we shifted over to a projection system to ensure the content was able to be consumed at every angle.

  3. People focused team - small or big having the right technical team on site matters. Not just someone who is competent in the role but also friendly, able to coach, and be helpful to stakeholders and attendees alike.

Our team was able to design a system that fit into the space rather than take over. Meeting the objectives of the clients and ensuring that each audience member had the best possible AV experience.

Through collaboration and pre-production our team was able to deploy a scalable AV and staging system that was able to meet the need of the client and audience.

We're proud to be a trusted partner for events exactly like this.

If you're hosting a conference, convention, or large-scale production and looking for a technical partner that understands the "why" behind your event we'd love to have a conversation.
